As a citizen and alternative energy advocate and pioneer, I propose that wind energy technology installed on towers or other stabilizing structure that may impinge on a community's view shed should be recognized as a national energy infrastructure necessity warranted for eminent domain. To legitimize this bold act, I also propose for (1) Wind energy systems that meet the international and national standards of performance, durability and safety that we (2) enact national zoning and permitting ordinances (3) that are based on economic, environmental impact and other evidence-based research methodologies, however (4) do not exclude political, social, and cultural affects that can be empirically measured.
