consider reducing corporate welfare before taking food out of the mouths of the hunger.

Created by C.A. on October 21, 2013

All we hear from the GOP is that we need to decrease the deficit but it seems the only way they know to do it is on the backs of the poor, elderly and children, the ones that can least afford it. Why are we not looking at all the corporate welfare? I propose that if we cut spending from social programs that feed and care for the needy we take at least $5 in corporate welfare for every $1 in social programs. The rich kids in the house would like to keep giving their corporate buddies these massive amounts of welfare while having grandma eating cat food. We must stop the nonsense and get our priorities in line.
