In order to create more American Jobs and boost U.S. economy, U.S. government should consider loosening immigration regulations and policies to let more qualified foreign entrepreneurs start their business in the U.S.
Measures include but not limited to:
Assist and support USCIS Entrepreneurs in Residence (EIR) Initiative.
Promote the passing of Bill S565 and Bill H.R.1114 or similar ones.
