Consider revisions to the No Child Left Behind Act that provide more student centered teaching instead of test centered.

This petition was created in efforts to bring awareness to the faultiness of the current No Child Left Behind Act. Children deserve to be taught from teachers ready to prepare them for their futures, not from teachers teaching to allow their students to pass a proficiency test. By reviewing the current act and making revisions the student will be the center of the classroom focus and not the tests distributed state to state. This will allow for greater levels of adequate yearly progress (AYP) and produce willing and able students who can compete with their peers.
