Consider selling outdated US technology to other countries to reduce the national debt. (e.g. Space Shuttle to China)

Created by C.C. on November 09, 2012

With Trillions of dollars in debt, the federal government needs to find alternative methods to decrease the national debt. This will in turn help us lower taxes for everyone, without cutting existing public programs. There are many advancements in technology that we have spent billions of dollars developing, but are no longer being used. This information could be sold to other countries as a means to reducing the national debt and stabilizing the US economy. One such example are the plans to the US Space Shuttle, which has been officially decomissioned by NASA, but could prove useful to China who is currently developing their own space program.
