Consider that for Shirley Temple Black, no flags were lowered; but, for Whitney Houston, they were.

Created by G.W. on February 14, 2014

An outcry is swirling in that Shirley Temple Black who through her movies lifted millions of spirits through one of the worst times in American history, the Great Depression, and who served her nation as a Republican congress woman and as an Ambassador is not honored by the lowering of flags.
A comparison is circulating that strikingly contrasts that flags were lowered for Whitney Houston, alleged to be a Democrat, and one who brought joy to many through her unique talent, and one who succumbed to her battle with addiction through an overdose.
I support the administration but this inequality needs to be considered and addressed.
