1. Tax only imports and personal income of all kinds, using a progressive tax from 0% to 90% depending on economic impact and size of income. Personal income must include all income received within the USA, realized or not, earned or not, less salaries for personal help. Taxes can be adjusted from time to time to balance the Federal budget (which should be disclosed fully and plainly to all citizens).
2. Tax nothing else, corporate, sales, or hidden - on goods or services made or provided in the USA.
3. Provide health care, a minimum income and education to every US citizen living within the USA.
