This is a petition to for the government to finally begin taxing religious organizations like the Catholic church which has massive land holdings in the United States.
For far too long religions in this country have tried to steer the direction of political policy and human rights. They fight when someone makes the observation that the 10 commandments don't belong on government buildings or federal lands. Mike Huckabee was quick to defend the religious beliefs of an elected official who refused to issue licenses to gay couples even though it was the law and religious organizations stood by to defend her as well.
They need to be taxed like any business in the United States, they make profits and hold taxable lands. We pay taxes, so should they.
