Consider teaching melee weapons applications to school children ages 8-17 to help prepare them for the Zombie Apocalypse

While education along with preparedness is essential in medical advances to study the possibilities of a potential Zombie Apocalypse, the CDC has covered this subject on an overall advancement and survival guide in their document, Preparedness 101: Zombie Apocolypse, also located at http://blogs.cdc.gov/publichealthmatters/2011/05/preparedness-101-zombie.... No where have schools or formal educational establishments been mentioned or located to also prepare our younger generations on the importance of self preservation and survival of such attacks. Therefore, this petition will serve as interest that our publicly funded schools should consider the advancement of melee weapons instruction to promote the survival and defense of American children during a Zombie Attack.
