consider term limits for the elected members of the Legislative branch of the federal government.

Created by N.M. on December 24, 2012

We the people, ask the President to consider placing a limit on the number of terms served by elected members of the House of Representatives and the Senate to no more than two terms. Two terms will be the maximum number of terms allowed within a lifetime, whether served consecutively or not.

We the people, believe term limits will enable the elected members of the Legislative branch to spend more of their limited time working for the good of the citizens of the United States of America. Term limits will also bring new voices, more often to the service of this great nation.

Thank you Mr President for your consideration.
