consider toll roads on all major expressways.

I would like to see toll roads used on most major freeways and expressways. This would allow money to come in, and it be put directly into an account for the maintenance of our roads, bridges and highways. If a toll road wont work how about a high speed lane that you would have to pay to use. Most states have a 70 MPH speed limit, with paying a premium to use the high speed lanes. This could be a nominal amount of money, lets say 50$ a year. You could get a sticker from your SOS office or DMV office.
