Consider a treaty allowing open living amongst Uk, USA, CA, aus, and NZ

I would like the US government to consider creating a treaty with the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand to allow free right to work and live in each other country. We have a common language, similar cultures, and similar economic situations. Any migrants would easily assimilate, and there would not likely be a flood of new applicants because there is no compelling economic need.
