Consider using a method for the social security card as if it were a bank card monitoing it 24 hours a day

By having a social security number we are all in the system, which if we needed any services that the government gives us we should be able to recieve them. Some of the services we have are,public assistants or unemployment, child support, medic aid, child care or ect. Most of the Americans in the United States lie on their applications which makes it harder for people who really need it to get it. By having the plastic form of a social security card we would be able to pull up everyone's information with just a swipe of thier card. This disables identity theft, allows us to look at their information as if it were a bank statement and 24/7 monitoring.In return would make more jobs in America and giving us millions of dollars to put back into the United States.
