Petitioning on behalf of ERC (Economic Recovery Concepts) in which we specialize in bringing forth ideas to rebuild the struggling economy. First on the list is the "Converge" plan. We have devised a system in which we can turn the Food Assistance program into a money making program for the government instead of money spending. The numbers are high but accurate. This plan is a way for Lower and middle class citizens to have a positive impact on the economy. It's a plan that will allow the EBT/food stamps to be "CONVERGED" into a credit balance made available on a card and can then be used "Anywhere" major cards are accepted. No cash value. There will be a fee for every transaction converged and GOV will receive 95% of fee as well as taxing transactions giving us options besides "Food"
