With other countries economies, including our own on the verge of crumbling beneath us. We propose that the US Government get together with leaders from around the world and come to an agreement of a "World Debt Relief" act. Allowing countries to be forgiven of their debts, causing world markets to get back on track and grow. This also includes much more strict spending, yearly limit's on countries budget's needing to run, and any debt incurred during the year must be put back in balance by the end of that year.
