Consolidate Medicare and Medicaid into one single health care program.

Merge Medicare and Medicaid into a single healthcare program. I think merging Medicare and Medicaid into a single program would save money and cut down on government bureaucracy. A lot of people get confused or do not know the difference between Medicare and Medicaid. If Medicare and Medicaid were one healthcare program people will not confused. If Medicare and Medicaid were merged into one program people on SSI would be automatically eligible for Medicare. Right SSI recipients are eligible for Medicaid. I think one reason the government spends a lot on healthcare is because you have two single payer healthcare systems they manage one is Medicare and the other Medicaid. Why do we need two single payer healthcare programs when only one will work just fine.
