Consolidate the US Navy and US Marine Corps into one branch, merging their MOS' and simplifying leadership and funding.

Merge the US Marine Corps and the US Navy into one single branch. The USMC infantry occupational specialties would be transplanted into the US Navy MOS list. The Marine Corps would then be known as the US Naval Infantry detachment. This would simplify leadership division and make funding much more manageable.
