We petition the honorable President Barack Obama to consolidate various cabinet level departments as to improve efficiency, reduce overlapping costs, streamline processes, improve internal communication/reaction times, and thereby improve service to the citizens of the United States. Suggested consolidation includes the Departments of Energy and Agriculture under the Department of Defense, as those are in fact areas critical to our national survival.
