Associate Deanship on December 12, 2001; Disassembled & Confiscated all his Research Activities & Grants; Denied his Medical Treatments for 3 Works Related Injuries; Intention for his Dismissal by Ex-Interim Provost on April 12, 2012 without Sending Copies of his Letters to Chancellor nor General Counsel; Dismissed from his Tenured Full Professorship on April 14, 2012 after Serving with the Distinguished Records 4 > 25 Yrs. While he was on Short Term Disability & Stopped all his Salary & benefits on Jan. 1, 2013 by using the Kangaroo’s Proceedings.
