What are the constituents rights when the states officials go against the federal government, thus risking undu finantual burden from lack of funding as a result. These rogue officials that may be taking a hard line stand will put a stress on its citizens without personal consequences. Can we as citizens hold our polititions accountable for senseless personal views and reckless practices that affect the public. Can we as citizens create a class action lawsuit, asking for a recall or at least force them to reconsider there position.
