On April 11th 2013, The Constitutional Amendments.rev
2012 was copyrighted. The constitution is gender balanced
and the correct grammer applied ,taking things out of futire
tense and putting into present tense. Also since we have
the right to freespeech and the right to freedom of
religion "and" was added to "or" reading "freedom of
speech and or the freedom of the press". The congress
was also empowered by the rev in present tense.
