Anyone,who, by action,word ,or deed would disregard and try to nullify the Constitution should be considered a terrorist , and if they as an elected official, make statements that would advocate disregard ,or attempt to introduce ,or support legislation that would, in any way violate their oath to "support and defend the Constitution against all enemies,foreign and domestic" should be immediately removed from office forfeiting all promised pensions and benefits.
