Constitution gives right to all, To go in front of Judge and represent himself if no attorney takes his case. not true

Where is my Right? When some one files appeal with INS, He expect to have a date in Court in front of Judge. Then what ever is the verdict a person have to accepts. Why in my case with AAO had never given me that right. My appeal was denied without representing me in front of Judge. I was punished after i started requesting AAO to speed up my case & issue me notice of appearance in Court, I was just tired of waiting with no communication or updates from AAO in 5 years. No deportation order were issued in verdict, but my work permit was stop or be renewed. 18 years on work permit was suddenly stopped and you become criminal if live in USA without status.
