We propose a network-wide referendum on the inclusion in the constitution of the UN member countries anti-corruption section, whose integrity should be considered objective number 1 for renewed UN and provide all the forces of the organization.
When calling for support of the American people, we ask the U.S. government and President to assume all possible share of the burden of preparation and holding of the referendum under the motto «Free and open mind!»
