The Constitution should be followed as our Fore Fathers intended, Starting with the most abused 10th amendment

Poloticians are deviating from what this country was truly founded on, The United States Constitution. Why are the people the ones that get that while the career poloticians look down upon the citizens of this once great country. Our country was founded on democracy and freedom and was to be protected with the constitution. We are supposed to follow federal laws, but the government refuses to follow its own laws, the oldest laws in America. The United States of America is the new USSR... what made us different from communist was the fact that we werent controlled by one branch or house, that under the 10th amendment, the most abused amendment, we the states had the right to govern our selves to learn from other states, not to be all brought down by a bad federal government at once...
