Any person(s) elected or appointed, serving in Federal, State or City Governments, who attempts to subjugate or disregard any or all parts of the Constitution of the United States, either by law, order, written proclamation, or prompts circumnavigating any Laws and/or Articles in the United States Constitution, must instantaneously be removed from their office. Forfeiture of all retirement, pay and allowances from that day forward, and not allowed to seek or to serve in any capacity what so ever in any Federal, State, or City position.
