Public schools and schools that accept federal funds must teach about the Constitution; specialty focusing during week, Colleges receiving federal funds are also included.

Congress and Senate must open their sessions during this week in full session with the complete reading of the Constitution.

Federal employees must sign off yearly that they have read and understand the US Constitution and agree to abide by it in their duties.
