Constitutional Amendment granting states the power to recall federal elected officials. States shall be granted the right to set term limits for federal elected officals. States are granted an immediate recall election if their elected officals engage in the following acts;

1.Obstruction
2. Negotiating in Bad Faith
3. Political Sabotage
4. Signing third party pledges
5. Political Terrorism Tactics
6. In times of war, disrespecting the President Of The United States here, and abroad.
