I suggest a constitutional amendment that goes a little something like this. Wording subject to improvement of course.
“Congress shall pass NO LAW, prescribing medical procedures onto the citizens of this nation.”
The legislators of Virginia and now as it seems, Alabama, are hardly what I would call a reputable body of medical practice and procedure. Therefore I find them supremely unqualified to prescribe medical procedures, even as much as a band-aid, on the FREE citizens of this FREE country. I may not live in either state but that doesn’t make what they are proposing any less vile or inappropriate.
