Whereas citizens fear that their vote will be wasted if they vote for a 3rd Party candidate, and therefore two political parties have unfairly retained power,
Whereas the Democrats and Republicans have successfully conspired and executed the bankruptcy of the United States,
We the undersigned hereby demand that President Obama and Congress take whatever measures necessary to permit voters to make 1st / 2nd / 3rd choices on their ballots when voting for any elective Federal office.
Upon close of each election, recursive runoffs shall be executed inside an open-source computer program to count voter's 1st choice for each office, then their 2nd and 3rd choices as their more desired candidates are mathematically eliminated.
Raw vote data shall be posted on the Web for public scrutiny.
