The only law constitutionally authorized for this country is Common Law and Admiralty Law. Under Common Law, vicious criminals such as burglars, rapists, murderers, and robbers were executed instead of becoming parasites on the resources of the society they preyed upon. The federal courts have illegally usurped the authority to prohibit States to punish criminals as allowed for in the Common Law and has made this country unsafe to live in, in many places.
This Constitutional Amendment would return to the States the right to punish Common Law felons at the discretion of the States up to and including Capital Punishment, as allowed for in the Common Law, without interference from any federal court.
