Constitutional Amendment: Campaign finance laws are not a violation of the First, but protect speech over money.

The goal is "one person, one vote," not "one dollar, one vote." Campaign finance reform putting limits on spending and time for campaigning does not violated the First Amendment. Rather, it protects the right of speech of those now being shouting down by the louder voices paid for by unlimited money. Maintaining democracy requires campaign finance reform.
