A Constitutional Amendment is needed that guarantees all Americans the right to produce, use and sell hemp and ethyl alcohol in any quantity. Hemp and alcohol have a history of being used as currency in America. Free the currency our forefathers used to build this country and save our ailing economy. The Amendment should ensure that ethyl alcohol and hemp are not unfairly taxed, ensuring fair competition against the oil industry. Alcohol and hemp produced for ones own consumption should not be subject to taxes unless sold commercially.
