Constitutional amendment to limit Congressional terms.

Proposed Constitutional Amendment:

SECTION 1.

No person shall be elected as a Representative to the House of Representatives for more than three 2 year terms.

SECTION 2.

No person shall be elected as a Senator to the U.S. Senate for more than one six year term.

SECTION 3.

This article shall be inoperative unless it shall have been ratified as an amendment to the Constitution by the legislatures of three-fourths of the several states within seven years from the date of its submission to the states by the Congress.
