A Constitutional Amendment limiting the source of financial or in-kind contributions to registered voters eligible to vote for the recipient. This Amendment applies to all political campaigns, all political candidates, and all elected officials within the United States of America.
In summary, if this were passed, political candidates would only be able to receive donations, funding, etc., from registered voters that are eligible to vote for them specifically. It would stop the big corporate donations, stop the donations from donors not registered to vote and stop donations from people who cannot vote for the candidate. It would make candidates solely accountable to their electorate instead of the huge corporate influence that plagues our system now.
