Constitutional Amendment Making Hate Speech Against Women, Children, or Minorities an Act of Treason + right to record

Hate speech should not be covered under free speech because it limits the freedom of anyone who is not white and male. It causes people to be fired from jobs, excluded from jobs, excluded from society it self, and creates killers who commit mass murder upon anyone who is not a white man. It also creates thousands of serial killers who only target black people, successful women, homosexuals, etc.
