A Constitutional Amendment - Mandatory Congressional Floor Votes

1.The Government of the United States shall maintain a online petition technology to facilitate this Amendment.

2.Any member of Congress who brings to the floor of their respective chambers a bill, which has 1% of the registered voters of the United States signing a online petition, shall within 48 hours be provided with an in person voice vote on the bill by all members of that chamber.

3.Members of Congress who fail to faithfully execute this Amendment in a timely manner shall be immediately removed from Congress, loose all federal pay, benefits, nor may they hold any elected or appointed posts in the Federal Government for the rest of their lives. They may not lobby, contract, or work for any organization doing business with the Federal Government forever.
