Support an Amendment to the US Constitution asserting:
Any commitment of US Military in a conflict beyond the boards of the United States shall require a proportional mandatory conscription program.
Base Presumptions--
Declaring War is the most serious action a Republic can take.
The seriousness of this act requires that as many members of a country be vested as possible. The lack of a draft disconnects the vast majority of the population from the consequences of this decision. This needs to be remedied.
