Constitutional Amendment: Only real persons registered to vote in a particular election my contribute to that election.

An official should be elected by the persons in their district. No funds from outside such a district should be allowed to interfere in the selection by the people of their representative. No out of district money when selecting representatives, no out of state money when selecting Senators, no international money in presidential contests, no corporate money in ANY election..EVERY election should be of, by and for the people registered to vote in that election and no others with their elected representative responsible to the voters alone.
