Propose a Constitutional Amendment to replace the position of President with a Triumvirate of three elected officials. The passing of a law would then require that a minimum of two members of the Triumvirate sign a bill for it to become law.
Each member would be elected for a six-year term, with one member up for re-election every two years.
There are two main reasons for this amendment. First, it prevents arguments and concerns about one person wielding too much power. Secondly, the position of president now covers far too complex of a world for one person to keep track of everything. By having three persons in place, each can go into more depth as needed.
