Constitutional Amendment: SCOTUS overruling Congress can be overridden in the same way as a Presidential veto.

Created by D.T. on June 30, 2013

Marbury v Madison was a coup by one branch of the government and destroys the balance of powers. The Supreme Court should not have an unlimited right to overrule another branch of government. Give Congress the exact same right to override a SCOTUS decision on Congressional law that it has to override a Presidential veto.
