Constitutional Carry for all 50 U.S. States and all United States Territories

Created by J.D. on November 05, 2015

I hereby request, under the allowance of the United States Constitution, Amendment number Two, that ALL U.S. States and Territories be recognized as "Constitutional Carry" States and Territories.

"In the United States, the term constitutional carry is a neologism for the legal carrying of handgun, either openly or concealed, without the requirement of a government permit."

The Second Amendment states:

""A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.""

"...the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."

It is not defined to be required to possess any government permit to conceal or open carry, and such restriction is infringement on a Constitutional guarantee.
