If found to contravene any Article in the Constitution of the United States by law, order, written proclamation, or circumnavigating the Laws and/or Articles of the Constitution of the United States will immediately be removed from office, forcibly if required by United State Marines, and jailed without bail. Any person(s)who attempt by the use of pre induction to establish Martial Law in the United States, will immediately within twenty-four hours of so attempt, are adjudicated, and if found guilty of high crimes and/or treason against the Union of the United States of America and/or the United States Constitution, will be executed within one week after sentencing by public hanging with no stay(s) nor appeals of execution. A quick and speedy trial will commence 7 days after arraignment.
