Constitutional Oath and Affirmation Act

Move to enact legislation that will enforce the Oath of Office to Defend and Uphold the Constitution of the United States of America.
Applicable to all sitting office holders, appointees, and employees of the public (federal government) at all levels.
Bring to trial any who in any way uses the power of said office to in any way undermine or weaken the Constitution of the United States under charges of treason.
Punishment is historical adding seizure of all assets and chattels if guilty.
All public servants receive mandatory explicit textual instruction of the Constitution.
Suspend all authority pending trial by jury not be returned unless a Not Guilty verdict is found.
Mandatory that independent investigation be appointed by Congress upon any credible claim supported by evidence.
