A petition in support to ban on all high powered assault weapons other than use by law enforcement and military. Petition will file a class action law suit to challenge the Federal gun laws on the right to bear arms claiming that these laws infringed on the constitutional rights of those murdered to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Challenge that right to bear arms time period pertained to non assault weapons since they didn't exists at that time. The claims of having the right to protect myself with a weapon pertains to non high powered assault weapons. Evaluation of any persons having the types of enemies that need to be taken out by assault weapons as a danger to society.
