We the people ask the federal government to Take or explain a position on an issue or policy:

Constitutional Rights to Cannabis?

Created by S.W. on December 12, 2016

We urge the United States government to finally affect change, restoring cannabis to its proper historical place in US History.

The American people have spoken; 60% support cannabis. 29 states and Washington, D.C. are now medical marijuana legal. Economics are further behind it; the millions earned from the plant since 2014, to over $189B spent in the prescription drug epidemic and mass incarcerations. There are too many people dying and lives destroyed from ambiguous complacency.

We don't care if change is brought about by my numerous lawsuits (see Wilson v. Lynch - aka 'Pot & Guns') or if change is brought by legislative matters, or the executive branch. Citizens, particularly patients and our Veterans can hardly wait another day.

Take Action!
