Require the Obama administration to place upon a ballot for the vote of the people " A ban on ALL proposed legislation that violates the constitutional rights of the People and requires sanctions against any legislature member who proposes such laws in violation of their oath of office to uphold and defend the constitution of the United States of America. " And to require a public vote on all laws passed by the government upon the people of this nation requiring ratification of such actions prior to implementation.
