Due to rising bias in the nation's politics since the forming of Congress, the people of the United States have divided themselves into political organizations based on their beliefs. Although it was never the purpose of our Founding Fathers, it has become clear that it is necessary to specify the powers of these parties in order to equally represent the population- recall the early governmental arguments over number of representatives in the states. For example, certain parties strategically and unfairly use their influence to stop members of other parties from gaining elected positions. Overall, the division of the American people causes more concerns, and if we are to be divided by opinions, we may as well make it a fair system.
