The Ant-Communism in Education act. (ACE)
I propose that we pass a bill banning ANY and ALL federal funding to universities who employ any persons who support communism. Furthermore I would consider any approval of allocations of tax revenue to programs with communist ties as an act of rebellion under the 14th amendment of the constitution.
I would also propose that we place a 500% tariff on ALL movie ticket,dvd,and blue ray sales. With the proceeds going straight to the general fund to pay down the national debt and fight communism.
