In each city or town in each state they shall be a community bunker or safe place located somewhere. Somewhere under ground with sealed entrances and supplies stocked away in the bunker. This is for anyone whom is not able to find a safe place during any natural disaster that may occur. Depending on the size and population of the town or city will decide how large that bunker is to be made. Every bunker is to be well constructed so safety is fully assured during any natural disaster.
